When high temperatures and high output are required, steam is an ideal heating medium. CALORPLAST’s design allows for steam-operated, corrosion-resistant heat exchangers to be installed directly inside process tanks—saving space and reducing costs.

By distributing steam across a large number of tubes, rather than through a single capillary, condensate is evenly managed. This prevents loss of effective heating surface area, which is a common problem with conventional tube or plate heat exchangers. The result is consistent process reliability and maximum efficiency.
