Calorplast USA has the experience, resources, equipment and most importantly the personnel to design, fabricate and if required, install almost any conceivable thermoplastic or fiberglass fabricated components. We can supply anything from simple vacuum forming trays to a complete turnkey process system. Calorplast USA can produce a wide variety of custom items based on customer supplied drawings or utilizing our 30+ years of design experience.
In addition to custom fabrication, we also offer onsite installation support and can also repair customer’s tanks onsite for most thermoplastic or fiberglass materials. From small pipe lines or tank repairs to complete FRP tank re-lining or fume scrubber rebuilds, we have the experienced field crews available. Field personnel are trained and certified in all aspects of confined space entry haz-mat procedures, lock-out/tag-out, and other OSHA safety requirements to assure a smooth and timely repair to get your equipment back in operation.
